Flood Impact: 2024 flooding affected 31 states and 180 LGAs, submerging ~17,008 ha of cropland and displacing 641,500 people, while 4-8 week dry spells hit the Southwest and North-Central zones - exposing a major shortfall in resilient agriculture investment.
