Demand Magnitude

Every signal carries a metric field holding the hard numbers behind the request, written as "land under restoration = 922,717.86 ha" or "population facing desertification = 70,000,000". Those numbers are parsed here, so demand can be weighed by what it says rather than only counted. Figures come from independent documents and are not deduplicated, so read them as orders of magnitude, not audited totals.
